H1B Visa
The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows U.S. companies to hire foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. This visa is especially common for fields such as information technology, engineering, medicine, and other science-related roles.

The job must require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as technology, medicine, engineering, and finance.
The worker must have the necessary educational qualifications and/or experience in that field.
The applicant must have a U.S. employer willing to sponsor them.
The employer must file the Form I-129 petition and submit a Labor Condition Application (LCA)
Initial validity is 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 3 years, for a maximum of 6 years in total.
After 6 years, the worker must leave the U.S. for at least 1 year before reapplying.
Due to high demand, the H-1B visa process often involves a lottery system.
What Is H1B Visa ?
